Drink Parasols From Our Wedding

I thought I'd share another project from our wedding. I followed these instructions from Martha Stewart to make drink parasols for our wedding. I created them with scrapbook paper, wooden skewers, and Elmer's glue. I also used a pencil and pint glass to trace the circle, and scissors with a decorative edge to cut them out.

It took a little time to make them all but I was so happy to see how they turned out. They were placed in our signature drink, the "Fuzzy Duck" at our wedding. We still have a few left, maybe we'll use them on our anniversary :)

Too too cute! They are so much classier than the ones you buy in a store, and I love that you coordinated them with your wedding colors.

Have a great weekend!

Hello there! I know this is somewhat off topic but I was wondering if you knew where I could locate a captcha plugin for my
comment form? I'm using the same blog platform as yours and I'm having trouble finding one?
Thanks a lot!

Today, I went to the beach with my kids.
I found a sea shell and gave it to my 4 year old daughter and
said "You can hear the ocean if you put this to your ear." She placed the shell to her ear
and screamed. There was a hermit crab inside and it pinched her ear.
She never wants to go back! LoL I know this is completely off topic but I had to tell
someone!
