Last year when we registered at Crate and Barrel for our wedding we were given this pretty glass heart bowl. On Valentine's Day last year I filled it with pink carnations and used it as our table centerpiece for dinner. I love carnations because they are inexpensive, simple, and are so pretty just by themselves :)

Carnation Heart

Yay for the carnation! They are so humble and underrated---but I love how they look when massed together like that. The texture is fabulous!
They are very peony-like when bunched together. Love it!
